Dr. Stephen Franklin

Dr. Stephen R. Franklin is an ophthalmologist at Center for Sight in East Tennessee. An Oak Ridge native, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Memphis. He completed his ophthalmology residency at UT Memphis, where he trained as a comprehensive ophthalmologist.

Dr. Franklin joined the practice in 1988 when Center for Sight was formed. He specializes in cataract surgery and laser surgery, and provides general ophthalmology care to treat and manage a variety of eye diseases and conditions. Dr. Franklin sees patients at the practice's location in Powell, Tennessee.
