Dr. Stephen M. Soll is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon who sees patients at ReFocus Eye Health in Philadelphia. He specializes in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery, glaucoma management, dry eye and tearing conditions, and comprehensive eye care. Board-certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Soll completed his advanced fellowship in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital.
