About Me
Dr. Charlotte Marous is a board-certified oculofacial plastic and orbital surgeon who cares for adults and children with functional and cosmetic eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital conditions. Her interests include upper and lower eyelid rejuvenation, eyelid malposition repair, periocular and orbital tumors, Mohs reconstruction, orbital trauma, nasolacrimal (tear-duct) surgery, thyroid eye disease, and cosmetic injectables. She provides individualized plans aimed at natural, restorative results and takes time to discuss goals, options, and recovery.
Dr. Marous completed a highly competitive two-year ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastic and orbital surgery at the Lions Eye Institute and Albany Medical College following ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she served as chief resident and received multiple teaching and advocacy awards. Earlier training included a master’s degree in global health from the University of Notre Dame and medical school at St. George’s University, after undergraduate studies at Wake Forest. She practices at Wills Eye in Philadelphia and is committed to compassionate, precise care for the full spectrum of oculoplastic and orbital disorders.
