Dr. Stephen Blatt

Dr. Stephen Blatt is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist at Hinsdale Eye Center with extensive experience managing eye diseases and vision problems. His clinical areas of focus include dry eye disease, glaucoma, floaters, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, blurry vision, and loss of vision.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Blatt serves as an attending physician at Edward Hines, Jr. VA Medical Center, where he has received multiple awards for Excellence in Patient Care. He teaches and supervises ophthalmology residents, serves as a research mentor, and has published research in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Blatt has been an invited speaker for national audiences, including podium talks for the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association of University Professors of Ophthalmology.
