Dr. Shandiz Tehrani is a board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in the clinical and surgical management of glaucoma and cataracts. He provides comprehensive eye care, focusing on both medical treatments and surgical interventions to preserve and improve vision for his patients.
He completed his ophthalmology residency at Oregon Health & Science University and pursued advanced training through a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Iowa. Previously, Dr. Tehrani served as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at OHSU, contributing to medical education and research.
His research investigates the cellular and molecular mechanisms of glaucoma, patient outcomes following eye surgery, and advanced screening methods for vision loss and glaucoma.
