About Me
Dr. Robert O. Hoffman is a board-certified ophthalmologist at University of Utah Health who specializes in pediatric eye conditions. He has particular expertise in retinopathy of prematurity, cataracts in infants and children, complicated strabismus, and ocular problems associated with genetic and craniofacial disorders. Dr. Hoffman provides care at Primary Children's Medical Center and the Moran Eye Center.
Dr. Hoffman is a Professor (Clinical) Emeritus in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Utah. He completed his medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan and a fellowship at Indiana University Hospitals. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
