Dr. Robert Rummel

Dr. R. Mark Rummel is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Rummel Eye Care, P.C., a practice with a legacy of over 40 years providing exceptional eye care and surgery in Northern Arizona. He is a Certified Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. Dr. Rummel is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Arizona Ophthalmological Society.

He specializes in small-incision, suture-less cataract surgery and surgery for other eye conditions. Dr. Rummel earned his medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Arizona Medical Center. He also holds a doctorate Ph.D. degree in health systems from Walden University.
