Dr. Reena Patel is a board-certified ophthalmologist and skilled LASIK and cataract surgeon serving patients in Wichita, Kansas. She has a personal understanding of vision correction, having undergone LASIK herself, and specializes in advanced refractive surgery and corneal disease. Dr. Patel offers comprehensive eye care, from routine exams to complex surgical treatments, with a focus on helping patients achieve clearer vision and improved quality of life.

Dr. Patel completed her medical degree with high distinction at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and underwent residency training at Tulane University, followed by a fellowship in cornea and external disease at Dean A. McGee Eye Institute. She founded Wichita Vision Institute in 2004 and is actively involved in clinical research, serving on the editorial board of the Journal of Refractive Surgery.
