Dr. Praveen Keshava

Dr. Praveen H. Keshava is an ophthalmologist at Central Vermont Eye Care in Rutland, specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. He performs LASIK and PRK procedures to correct refractive errors and has a particular interest in the implantation of advanced technology lenses for cataract patients.

Dr. Keshava received his undergraduate education at Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and earned his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital and a three-year residency at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He also underwent subspecialty training in refractive surgery at DelloRusso LaserVision in New York City. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an active member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Vermont Ophthalmological Society.
