Meet Dr. Ping Huang

Dr. Ping Huang is a board-certified glaucoma specialist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She provides expert management of glaucoma, including medical therapy, laser treatments, and surgical interventions such as trabeculectomy and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). Her practice also encompasses cataract surgery, particularly complex cases combined with glaucoma procedures.

Dr. Huang completed her initial ophthalmology residency in China and served as an associate professor at Peking University Eye Center. After moving to the United States, she completed a second residency at Northwell Health Eye Institute in New York. She has practiced in New Jersey and is now based at Wills Eye Hospital.

With a strong commitment to research and education, Dr. Huang has authored over 50 scientific articles and is a frequent speaker at national and international meetings. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and other professional organizations.
