Dr. Philip Wilson

Dr. Gregory Bligard is an ophthalmology resident physician at Washington University in St. Louis, where he serves as Chief of Ophthalmic Trauma. With an MD/PhD from Washington University and a background in biomedical research, he brings scientific rigor and calm, hands-on focus to urgent eye care and comprehensive clinic visits. In the hospital and clinic, Dr. Bligard evaluates eye injuries, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and other common conditions, and coordinates surgical care with subspecialty teams when needed. Patients value his clear communication and steady bedside manner during stressful situations. He is committed to teaching and evidence-based practice, translating new research into everyday care while ensuring each patient understands their diagnosis and options.

Dr. David Nasrazadani is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with experience in oculoplastics, medical retina, and the management of mild to moderate glaucoma. He provides thorough eye examinations, explains findings in easy-to-understand terms, and tailors care plans that may include medications, in-office procedures, or referral for subspecialty surgery when needed. After graduating from Emporia State University, he earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, served as a clinical research coordinator at Duke Eye Center, and completed ophthalmology residency training at the University of Kansas. At Mattax Neu Prater Eye Center, Dr. Nasrazadani works within a team of surgical and medical eye-care professionals to deliver coordinated care across cataract, oculoplastic, and retina services. He enjoys partnering with patients and their primary eye-care providers to protect vision and maintain comfortable, healthy eyes.

Dr. Dianna Liu is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care with a special focus on glaucoma. She partners with patients to protect vision through careful monitoring, personalized treatment plans, and clear explanations of options. When surgery is the best next step, she performs cataract surgery and glaucoma procedures, including minimally invasive approaches designed to lower eye pressure while supporting a smooth recovery. Dr. Liu earned her medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine after undergraduate studies at Stanford University. She completed ophthalmology residency training at Northwestern University, where she also completed a glaucoma surgery fellowship and served as chief resident. After practicing in Chicago, she returned to the St. Louis region to join Cataract & Eye Disease Specialists, bringing a patient-centered approach and a commitment to evidence-based care.
