Dr. Noel Castillo

Dr. Noel Castillo is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and external disease and refractive surgery. He completed advanced fellowship training in Cornea & External Disease and Refractive Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Castillo is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care with a focus on the latest surgical and medical treatments for corneal conditions and vision correction.

With a family background in medicine, Dr. Castillo prioritizes patient well-being and has been recognized with consistent patients’ choice awards. He has served as Section Chief of Refractive Surgery and as a clinical professor at the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas. Additionally, he has contributed to the field through his role on the Executive Board of the Santa Lucia International Eye Bank and as Course Director for the Santo Tomas University Hospital Post Graduate Course.
