About Me
Dr. Nicole Anderson-Weiss is an ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery (LASIK). She is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to her residency, she was a research fellow sponsored by the National Institutes of Health/National Eye Institute, studying corneal physiology and ocular toxicology. Dr. Anderson-Weiss completed her ophthalmology residency at Emory University and her fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants.
She is board-certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has authored numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Anderson-Weiss practiced for over six years in Mississippi before joining Anderson & Shapiro Eye Surgeons. She takes time to listen to patients' concerns and thoroughly reviews their options, emphasizing a team approach to care. Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive eye exams, treatment of eye infections and diseases, glaucoma care, and advanced surgical procedures such as premium cataract surgery, LASIK, and corneal transplants.
Dr. Anderson-Weiss resides in Middleton with her family. In her leisure time, she enjoys running, skiing, and traveling.
