Dr. Nhat-Phi Phan

Brian Phan, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who provides care as part of Dr. Kristin Tarbet’s oculofacial plastic and reconstructive team in Bellevue. He offers pre- and post-operative care, manages dry eye disease, and performs in-office procedures including Botox injections, chalazion removals, and eyelid lesion excisions. His background includes working as a corneal transplant technician and ophthalmic assistant, and he completed his PA training and ophthalmology rotation through the University of Washington MEDEX Program.

In addition to his clinical work, Brian serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Civil Affairs Officer, where he develops skills in building trust and understanding through active listening and cultural awareness. He brings this same patient-centered approach to medicine, emphasizing clear communication and meeting patients where they are. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys learning languages, traveling, snowboarding, and powerlifting.
