About Me
Dr. Coleen Palileo is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who focuses on eyelid and facial plastic surgery. She provides specialized care for conditions affecting the eyes and surrounding structures, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes.
Her medical journey includes earning top honors at UCLA for her undergraduate degree, completing medical school at the University of Cincinnati, and excelling during her ophthalmology residency at Kresge Eye Institute where she received the Top Ophthalmic Knowledge and Assessment Program Score Award. She further honed her skills through a prestigious fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery under Dr. Geoffrey Gladstone in Michigan.
Dr. Palileo is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care, having established a Facial Rejuvenation Clinic and contributed to teaching residents.
