About Me
Dr. Nancy Lynn Flattem is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the surgical management of glaucoma and cataracts. She completed her medical degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and then pursued her ophthalmology internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Dr. Flattem further advanced her training with a residency and fellowship at Tufts New England Eye Center in Boston, Massachusetts, where she focused on complex eye conditions and surgical techniques.
In her practice, Dr. Flattem is dedicated to preserving her patients' vision and enhancing their quality of life. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their lifestyle and health goals. Dr. Flattem utilizes electronic medical records to ensure a comprehensive view of her patients' health, allowing for efficient and informed consultations.
