Dr. Mollie Lagrew

Dr. Todd Fleming provides comprehensive ophthalmic care with a special emphasis on cataract and glaucoma management. He completed medical school at Duke University School of Medicine and ophthalmology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, preceded by an internal-medicine internship at the same institution. In clinic, Dr. Fleming focuses on accurate diagnosis, education, and practical treatment plans—whether a patient needs optimized drops for dry eye, updated glasses, or a discussion about cataract surgery and recovery. He offers both traditional and laser-assisted options when appropriate, and coordinates YAG capsulotomy for visually significant posterior capsule opacification after cataract surgery. Patients often note his approachable communication style and the time he takes to answer questions so they can make confident, informed choices. He sees patients across multiple Central Florida locations and collaborates closely with the broader care team to support seamless experiences before and after procedures.

Dr. Joshua D. Cohen is a board-certified refractive surgeon providing LASIK/PRK, advanced cataract and refractive lens exchange, and corneal surgery for patients in Boca Raton and surrounding communities. A Boca Raton native, he grew up around Cohen Laser & Vision Center and is proud to now practice alongside his father, continuing the center’s tradition of compassionate, state-of-the-art care. Dr. Cohen welcomes both routine vision correction consultations and thoughtful second opinions for more complex cases, with a clear, patient-first communication style.Dr. Cohen studied Environmental Science and Public Policy at Harvard University and spent two years teaching at Pine Crest School before earning his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he served as class president and graduated with honors in research. He completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Virginia, including a year as chief resident, gaining additional experience with advanced cataract techniques and glaucoma procedures. Outside the clinic he enjoys the arts, Florida’s outdoors, and a friendly tennis rivalry that keeps family matches competitive.

Dr. Aaron Davis is a fully trained medical and surgical ophthalmologist with special interests in cataract surgery, glaucoma management, dry eye care, and diabetic eye disease. A Tampa Bay area native, he completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida and earned his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he received the Medical Student Award for Academic Excellence, Professionalism, and Humanism. He then completed a medicine internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.Dr. Davis returned to Florida for ophthalmology residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident and published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and Retina. Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, he provides patient-centered, evidence-based care with clear explanations and shared decision-making. Outside of medicine, he enjoys golf, local sporting events, and time with his family.
