About Me
Dr. Ibarra is an ophthalmologist and retinal specialist who cares for patients with vitreoretinal diseases at Kaiser Permanente Honolulu Medical Office. His practice focuses on retinal surgery and medical management of conditions such as retinal detachments, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal vascular diseases.
