Dr. Meng Lu

Dr. Meng Lu is an ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and comprehensive eye care, dedicated to preserving and restoring vision through personalized treatment plans and advanced ophthalmic technology. Her medical interests include advanced technology cataract surgery and both laser and surgical interventions for glaucoma, ensuring each patient receives tailored care for their unique needs.

Dr. Lu completed her medical education at The University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio, followed by an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and a residency at Rutgers The State University of New Jersey. She further honed her expertise through a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Utah School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, which helps her communicate effectively with a diverse patient community.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Lu enjoys hiking, trying new recipes, participating in international outreach, and reading mystery novels. She practices at Pacific Medical Centers and is affiliated with Swedish First Hill, focusing on helping patients manage eye conditions and maintain optimal vision health.
