About Me
Dr. Bruce Cameron is an ophthalmologist with Northwest Eye Surgeons, where he has practiced since 2001. His areas of expertise include glaucoma diagnosis and management, cataract surgery, and lens implant procedures. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Cameron completed his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He then pursued a glaucoma fellowship at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Northwest Eye Surgeons, he was a full-time assistant professor at the State University of New York and later a clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at NYU Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Cameron is dedicated to using advanced diagnostic instruments and microsurgical techniques to help patients regain the gift of sight. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society.
