Dr. Mauricio Figueroa

Dr. Mauricio Figueroa is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing expert eye care since 2008. He specializes in a range of ocular conditions and surgeries, with particular interests in diabetic eye exams, cataract surgery, laser treatment for glaucoma, and corneal abrasion or erosion syndrome. Dr. Figueroa is dedicated to offering comprehensive ophthalmology services, helping patients maintain and improve their vision through advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques.

Dr. Figueroa completed his residency in ophthalmology at St Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York and an internship in internal medicine at Geisinger Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree in behavioral biology from Johns Hopkins University.
