Dr. Mark Seraly

Dr. Mark Pietro Seraly is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retina and vitreous surgery. He completed his medical education at West Virginia University School of Medicine and advanced his training with a residency at the University at Buffalo and a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at University Hospitals in Cleveland.
