Dr. Mark Weisbrod

Dr. Mark Weisbrod is an ophthalmologist who specializes in retinal diseases, with a particular focus on macular degeneration. He completed his retinal fellowship at the top-ranked Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where he trained with world-renowned retina specialists. Dr. Weisbrod's clinical practice emphasizes the treatment of retinal conditions, and he is also experienced in cataract surgery, glaucoma management, oculoplastic procedures, and custom wavefront LASIK.

Dr. Weisbrod's educational background includes undergraduate studies at Concordia College, where he graduated summa cum laude and played varsity basketball. He earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Minnesota, where he served as a delegate in the Student Government and Senate. His postdoctoral training includes an internship at the University of Colorado and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he was elected chief resident.
