Dr. Mariann Channell

Dr. Mariann Channell is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care at Metropolitan Eye Center in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and earned her medical degree from Wayne State University in 1980. She then completed her ophthalmology residency at Sinai Hospital in Detroit.

Dr. Channell is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds hospital privileges at Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit and Corewell Health Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe. She treats a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration. With over four decades of experience, she is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to help her patients achieve and maintain optimal vision health.
