Dr. Lynne Mcelhinney

Dr. Lynne G. McElhinney specializes in comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, routine eye exams, and contact lens fittings. She provides cataract and glaucoma evaluation and management, as well as diabetic eye exams and Plaquenil monitoring. She practices at McElhinney Eye Care, PA in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. McElhinney graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the same institution. She finished residency training in Ophthalmology at the Eye Foundation at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she was awarded Consultant of the Year by the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. McElhinney is board certified in Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
