Ophthalmology – Glaucoma Specialist
About Me
Dr. Lily Hipp is a board-certified, glaucoma fellowship-trained ophthalmologist in Savannah who cares for complex eye conditions with a steady, patient-first approach. She enjoys teaching patients about their diagnoses and options so they can make confident decisions—whether they’re navigating glaucoma, planning cataract surgery, or seeking a second opinion. Her clinical background spans both medical and surgical care for glaucoma and cataracts.
A National Merit Scholar, Dr. Hipp graduated summa cum laude with Highest Honors in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and earned her MD at the Medical College of Georgia. She completed a transitional year in Denver, ophthalmology residency at Case Western Reserve University (chief resident), and a glaucoma fellowship at Baylor University. Outside the clinic, she loves gardening, cooking, pottery, and exploring new coffee and tea spots.
