About Me
Dr. Laurence Jaworski is an ophthalmologist and uveitis specialist who currently practices at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), where she serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor, and at the Bellevue Ophthalmology Clinic. She completed her medical studies in 2005 and her residency in ophthalmology in 2010, both at the Université de Sherbrooke.
Dr. Jaworski then pursued advanced sub-specialty training in uveitis and ocular inflammatory diseases at the Université de Montréal and at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. She specializes in the diagnosis and management of uveitis and other ocular inflammatory conditions, as well as cataract surgery and general ophthalmology. She is actively involved in teaching and clinical research, with several peer-reviewed scientific publications to her name. Dr. Jaworski is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC), a member of the Canadian Ophthalmological Society (COS), and is certified by the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ).
