About Me
Dr. Brian K. Do is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in retinal diseases and vitreoretinal surgery. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and uveitis. With fellowship training in both vitreoretinal surgery and uveitis & ocular immunology, Dr. Do brings a unique combination of expertise to the management of complex retinal and inflammatory eye diseases.
Dr. Do is dedicated to finding the best treatment options for each patient, balancing immediate medical needs with long-term quality of life. He holds a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Georgetown University School of Medicine and is actively involved in clinical research, having served as principal investigator for multicenter trials. His work has been published in leading ophthalmic journals, and he has authored textbook chapters on retinal imaging and ocular inflammatory diseases.
