Dr. Laura Cavadini

Dr. Laura A. Cavadini is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care with a special focus on cataract surgery, including both traditional and laser-assisted techniques. She uses advanced diagnostic and surgical technology to evaluate vision changes and help manage a wide range of eye conditions.

She joined Michiana Eye Center in 2018 and is committed to patient-centered care that is clear, thorough, and individualized. From determining when cataract surgery is the right next step to guiding recovery and long-term eye health, she partners with patients to make informed decisions that fit their goals and lifestyle.

Dr. Cavadini earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed ophthalmology residency training in Detroit at Michigan State University’s St. John Providence Health System and has participated in Kenya Relief medical missions to help restore sight in underserved communities.
