Meet Dr. Kyle Alliman
About Me
Dr. Kyle Alliman is a board-certified, fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex retinal conditions. He provides comprehensive care for patients with macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, and other vitreoretinal disorders. Dr. Alliman is committed to utilizing the latest advancements in ophthalmology to help preserve and restore vision for his patients.
Dr. Alliman completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and then pursued advanced fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery at the same institution. He has been with Wolfe Eye Clinic since 2010 and is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. Dr. Alliman has presented and published on various retinal topics and volunteers his expertise on medical mission trips globally.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Alliman enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, traveling, and outdoor activities. He and his family are avid Iowa Hawkeye fans.
