Dr. Kimberly Neutze-Heaney

Dr. Kimberly Neutze is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus surgery for both children and adults. She joined the Katzen Eye Group in 2021 and is dedicated to providing eye care across all life stages, from childhood through the retirement years. Her patient-centered approach focuses on building lasting relationships and providing the necessary tools for optimal vision health.

A Bel Air native, Dr. Neutze earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with honors from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Geisinger Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident, and a pediatric fellowship at the Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
