Dr. Kent Anderson

Dr. Kent Anderson is a board-certified ophthalmologist at UT Health San Antonio who provides comprehensive eye care for patients. He diagnoses and manages a broad spectrum of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, corneal and external eye disease, and retina and macular disorders.

Dr. Anderson offers thorough eye examinations to detect and treat vision problems early. He is experienced in both medical and surgical treatments, with particular expertise in cataract surgery and management of diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration. Dr. Anderson completed his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, followed by a residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University and a fellowship at the Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital. He is committed to helping patients maintain optimal vision and eye health.
