Dr. Kenneth Kasten

Dr. Kenneth Kasten is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing comprehensive eye care in South Palm Beach since 1987. He specializes in cataract surgery and the implantation of premium intraocular lenses, including the Crystalens, Toric, Tecnis, and ReStor multifocal lenses. Dr. Kasten has performed thousands of premium lens implants and has been performing laser cataract surgery since 2014.

He also has particular expertise in treating dry eye conditions and has established a Dry Eye Center of Excellence to diagnose and manage even the most challenging cases. Dr. Kasten is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Kasten completed his medical degree at New York Medical College and his residency in ophthalmology at the same institution. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and completed a medical internship at Worcester Memorial Hospital.
