Dr. Kaushik Hazariwala

Dr. Kaushik M. Hazariwala is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist who has been a part of Vitreo Retinal Associates, P.A. since July 1998. He completed a vitreoretinal fellowship and is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of complex retinal conditions, bringing advanced surgical and medical expertise to his patients.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Hazariwala has held academic appointments, including serving as Director of the Vitreoretinal Service and Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists.
