Dr. John Kinder

Dr. John Kinder is an ophthalmologist and cataract and laser surgeon at Eye Care Specialists. He sees patients at the Cape Girardeau and Dexter locations, providing comprehensive eye care with a focus on restoring vision through cataract surgery and laser vision correction.

Dr. Kinder completed his medical training at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine and his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Iowa. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kinder believes that restoring sight is a wonderful privilege and is dedicated to helping patients achieve clear vision.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kinder serves on the Board of Directors at Physicians Alliance Surgery Center and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.
