Dr. John Willer

Dr. John Willer is the owner and an ophthalmologist at Cascade Eye Center in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon. He provides routine vision care, manages chronic eye diseases, and treats eye injuries. Dr. Willer performs cataract surgery, YAG laser treatments, and iStent insertions for glaucoma at the Columbia Gorge Surgery Center. He also administers injections for age-related macular degeneration and therapeutic Botox for conditions such as chronic muscle spasms around the eye.

Dr. Willer completed his ophthalmology residency at Grandview and Southview Hospitals in Dayton, Ohio, and is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Surgeons. He has participated in medical mission trips to India, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Lebanon, providing no-cost cataract surgery to hundreds of patients.
