Dr. John D. Dugan Jr., MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist affiliated with Wills Eye Hospital, where he serves as Co-Director of the Refractive Surgery Department. He specializes in laser vision correction and cataract surgery, and is recognized as a leading cataract surgeon in the region.

Dr. Dugan earned his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at Wills Eye Hospital.
