About Me
Dr. Jocelyn Lam is a pediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus surgeon who cares for children and adults with eye alignment problems and offers cataract surgery when needed. She strives to make visits clear and reassuring for families, explaining each step and tailoring treatment to a child’s age and goals. Her practice includes comprehensive pediatric eye care, amblyopia management, and adult strabismus evaluation with medical and surgical options.
Dr. Lam completed both medical school and ophthalmology residency at the University of Washington. She then pursued fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at the University of Michigan’s Kellogg Eye Center. Before medicine she studied at the University of Washington, and completed a transitional internship at Harbor-UCLA. At EyeHealth Northwest, she welcomes patients across the Portland area and works closely with referring providers to coordinate timely, family-centered care.
