Dr. Jimmie Riggins

Dr. Wayne Riggins is a board-certified ophthalmologist and optometrist at Cape Fear Eye Associates in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where he has practiced since 1999. He holds board certifications in both ophthalmology and optometry and has a long history of service in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, including roles as Chief of Ophthalmology at Womack Army Medical Center.
