Dr. Jayrag Patel

Dr. Patel is an ophthalmologist specializing in medical and surgical eye care, with advanced training in cornea and refractive surgery. He earned his medical degree from University College London Medical School and furthered his training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Drexel-Hahnemann University Hospital, where he served as chief resident, and then pursued a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary.

Dr. Patel’s clinical focus includes cataract surgery with advanced technology implants, corneal conditions, dry eye, and diabetic eye care. He has a particular interest in using premium multifocal intraocular lenses to improve vision after cataract surgery and in managing complications related to cataract procedures. He sees patients at multiple Tri-Century Eye Care offices in Bristol, Langhorne, New Britain, and Southampton, serving communities throughout Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia region.
