Dr. Jason Brooks

Dr. Jason Brooks is an ophthalmologist with Aurora Health Care, providing comprehensive eye care to patients in the Sheboygan and Plymouth, Wisconsin areas.

Dr. Brooks completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then undertook an internship at Ball Memorial Hospital followed by a residency in ophthalmology at Indiana University.
