Dr. James Hung

Dr. James Hung is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston. He completed a fellowship in glaucoma at Tufts-New England Eye Center and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, and he serves patients in Boston and Danvers, Massachusetts. He completed his residency in ophthalmology and an internship in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital, where he was elected chief resident.

Dr. Hung is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Glaucoma Society and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Prior to medical school, Dr. Hung gained experience working in the United States Senate, the National Cancer Institute, and as a management consultant for health care information systems.

Dr. Hung's clinical expertise includes glaucoma management, cataract surgery, and comprehensive eye care. He has been published in several national journals and is fluent in medical and conversational Mandarin Chinese. Dr. Hung is dedicated to providing personalized eye care utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment approaches.
