About Me
Dr. Tom Hsu is a board-certified ophthalmologist who focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and cataracts. He completed a specialized fellowship in glaucoma at the New England Eye Center and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, training with internationally recognized leaders in the field. Dr. Hsu utilizes advanced technology for evaluating and managing complex glaucoma cases, and he is skilled in surgical interventions for cataracts complicated by glaucoma.
He has a strong commitment to research and education, regularly publishing in Ocular Surgery News and contributing a book chapter on Nanophthalmos. Dr. Hsu has presented nationally on glaucoma and anterior segment diseases, and he conducts clinical research on imaging techniques for the glaucomatous optic nerve. As part of his dedication to preventing blindness, he volunteers with the Lions Community Eye Screening program.
