Dr. James Coombs

Dr. James M. Coombs is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Utah and earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine. He then completed an internship at the Moran Eye Center and University of Utah Hospital, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Coombs is fluent in Portuguese and is an active member of the Idaho Society of Ophthalmology and the Idaho Medical Association. He provides comprehensive eye care to the Twin Falls community. His memberships in professional organizations reflect his dedication to ongoing education and high standards of care.
