Dr. Jacob Evans

Dr. Jacob Evans is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who provides medical and surgical eye care. He completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Brigham Young University and earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. During medical school, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received distinctions in research and teaching. Dr. Evans then completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he contributed research to ocular medical journals and presented at national meetings.

Known for his approachable and educational style, Dr. Evans takes time to help patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options, often using pictures, models, and simple explanations. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.

Originally from Utah, Dr. Evans enjoys mountain biking, pickleball, running, and spending time with his children. He is currently accepting new patients at his practice.
