Dr. Jacob Warmath

Dr. Adam Quinn is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist who enjoys caring for patients across the spectrum of routine and complex eye conditions. He provides thorough eye exams and clear, step-by-step counseling so patients understand their diagnosis and options. His surgical practice includes modern small-incision cataract surgery, and he offers laser-assisted techniques when appropriate to help optimize visual outcomes. For glaucoma, Dr. Quinn tailors treatment to each patient—from medications and in-office laser procedures to minimally invasive glaucoma surgery and, when needed, traditional filtering surgery. A native of Baton Rouge, Dr. Quinn completed medical school and early honors at LSU Health Sciences Center–Shreveport, followed by internship training in Birmingham, Alabama. He then completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he served in leadership, and pursued dedicated glaucoma fellowship training at UAB. Dr. Jonathan Glaze is an ophthalmologist with advanced training in oculofacial plastic surgery. A Mississippi native, he earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, completed ophthalmology residency there, and went on to a two-year ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastics. His fellowship included training at the Hamilton Eye Institute at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and TN Oculoplastics in Nashville, where he gained experience caring for both complex reconstructive needs and cosmetic concerns. He has also participated in international surgical outreach, providing oculoplastic care for children in Guatemala. At Hattiesburg Eye Clinic, Dr. Glaze focuses on functional and cosmetic eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital disorders. He offers patient-centered consultations that balance precision, safety, and natural-looking results. Whether repairing eyelid malpositions, addressing tearing and lacrimal obstruction, or managing orbital disease, he collaborates closely with each patient to tailor a treatment plan that restores comfort, protects vision, and achieves aesthetic goals.

Stuart McFarland, MD, is a vitreoretinal surgeon at the University of Mississippi Medical Center who cares for patients with diseases of the retina and vitreous. He treats retinal tears and detachments, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and other complex retinal disorders using the latest imaging, lasers, and intravitreal therapies. Dr. McFarland focuses on clear explanations and thoughtful follow-up so patients and families understand each step of their care. Dr. McFarland completed his ophthalmology residency at UMMC and a Retina & Vitreous Surgery fellowship at UMMC. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies at Auburn University. In addition to clinical care, he has contributed to quality-improvement efforts within the department aimed at reducing cost and surgical waste in cataract surgery. He welcomes referrals for both urgent retinal problems and second-opinion evaluations.
