Dr. Clay D. Holley is an ophthalmologist at Rocky Mountain Eye Center, seeing patients in Butte, Montana. Dr. Janson Rigby is a general ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care for adults, from medical retina and glaucoma management to relief for dry eye disease. He specializes in the surgical correction of cataracts and enjoys helping patients understand their options for visual rehabilitation. Dr. Rigby earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a transitional internship at MountainView Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He completed ophthalmology residency at Grandview Medical Center in the Kettering Health Network, where he developed a passion for caring for a wide spectrum of eye disease. Outside of clinic, he enjoys time with family and the outdoors.

Dr. Russell Swan is a board-certified ophthalmologist who leads Vance Thompson Vision’s Montana locations and is known for his upbeat, educational approach to care. After completing a fellowship in advanced anterior segment surgery at Vance Thompson Vision in Sioux Falls, he accepted leadership roles in Bozeman and Billings, Montana. His clinical work includes LASIK, cataract surgery, and care for cornea and glaucoma conditions. He is also involved in clinical research, participating in FDA-monitored clinical trials and publishing on ophthalmology topics. Dr. Swan serves as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Utah’s Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and supports global eye-care education through partnerships in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where he helps train residents and improve access to vision-restoring care.
