About Me
Dr. Han-Ying Peggy Chang serves as the Clinical Director of Ophthalmology at Mass. Eye and Ear, Longwood. She is a specialist in corneal and external diseases as well as comprehensive ophthalmology. Dr. Chang divides her time between the Comprehensive Ophthalmology and Cataract Consultation Service and the Cornea and Refractive Surgery Service, focusing on cataract surgery and the diagnosis and management of corneal disorders, with particular expertise in tumors of the ocular surface.
Dr. Chang completed her medical training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and pursued subspecialty training in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at Mass. Eye and Ear. Her research interests include bioinformatics and the development of enhanced electronic patient medical record systems. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Cornea Society.
