About Me
Dr. Emma C. Davies is a cornea and external disease specialist at Massachusetts Eye and Ear who provides personalized, detail-oriented care for patients with corneal and lenticular (lens) conditions. She is experienced in complex cataract surgery and offers advanced surgical options tailored to each patient’s vision goals and eye health.
Dr. Davies specializes in partial-thickness corneal transplantation techniques, including Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty (DMEK) and Descemet Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK), as well as refractive surgery and corneal cross-linking. She brings cutting-edge diagnostic and surgical techniques to her practice and works closely with patients to explain options clearly—from surgical planning through recovery. Her training includes ophthalmology residency at Harvard Medical School and fellowship training at Massachusetts Eye and Ear in cornea, refractive surgery, and external diseases.
