About Me
Dr. Gregory Cox is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and refractive surgery. He brings advanced expertise to his practice in Hamilton, New Jersey, where he is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal vision through personalized eye care.
Dr. Cox graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University and earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine, where he graduated among the top five of his class. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, serving as chief resident from 1994 to 1995. Dr. Cox then pursued a formal fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the Anheuser-Busch Eye Institute at St. Louis University. His fellowship training emphasized cornea transplantation, radial and astigmatic keratotomy, and laser vision correction, and he also participated in the FDA trial that led to the approval of Intacs corneal rings.
Dr. Cox takes time to listen to each patient and explain their condition and treatment options, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their eye health at every stage of life.
